I did about 15min sessions, any longer seemed like overkill IMHO. Dropping the domes on a hard floor is loud, and a dead away to others in your house. The pumping noise is loud too, plus you'll get an occasional fart noise when taking the domes off, which would be understandable if you're in your bathroom. My advice?, keep up with a daily massage, 5 -10 minutes per breast. IMO, once a breast is stimulated by massage there's point for over stimulation. There was a guy over on the ladies side that charged $150.00 for his program, essentially his program was based entirely on breast massage, for hours a day. The program was a bust (pun intended), there was no real benefit to hours of massage, users complained about the time commitment and sore hands & wrists...I can't see developing carpal tunnel massaging breasts.
Jamie I hope you're able to get your own place someday.
Thanks a ton for the advice and sharing what you know first hand. As you say I think I'll just keep going on with normal massage for now.
That really is annoying how often people try to take advantage of people (especially desperate people) and make money off them with snake oil products and fake routines. Makes it so hard to trust products in general. I've always been skeptical because I know how scam-ridden products tend to be in life, be that through wording, trying to hide behind fake certifications, and who knows what else.
Thanks again though. I also hope I'll be able to move away soon too. It'd be so nice to be able to not feel trapped in my life every day.

Have you seen the Noogleberry forum? I will post the link. I have never tried pumping either. But from what I read, after a long time you get growth. I think that it is a year or for some.

I've scanned the forum a bit but I'm totally oblivious to most of it still as I've hardly looked into it as much as I should. Thanks for the recommendation and info.
