Hello all, I recently started a herbal program based off of Lotus’s Project X personal program and wanted to create a discussion where everyone could focus on specific side effects that they have noticed from some of the various herbs used by members in this community.
The three general side effects that concern me the most are infertility, liver damage, and high blood pressure.
My current daily program is:
PM: 2000 mg
FN: 1000 mg
RR: 1000 mg
WP: 760 mg
Spearmint Caps: 1000 mg
PC: twice daily on and around areola
