I think I was a bit too negative and I sincerely apologise for that. You have a great starting point, it took me over a year here to reveal myself naked to have, well almost the confidence to do that and it scared the crap out of me, so you're already a winner. 

Yes you buy your products and are too afraid to take them but excited too. This is normal, just do what your heart is telling you.

I love the fact that you are using exercise to sculpt your body, because that's what it is, sculpting the person we want to become.
