My name is Kathy 31 years, I am a Transvestite with a feminine body.
I have never taken hormones, I have some natural curves which I started loving and accepting them as part of my body. I found these forums while researching on NBE and I am so happy I did, please feel free to add/pm me as I love to talk about this journey.

My end goal is to grow my breasts/nipples and loose weight.

Ordered the following, I need to start using them once I receive them.

- Estrogen Estriol Cream
- Herb Pharm Organic Red Clover Liquid Extract
- Artizen Fenugreek Essential Oil
- NATUREDAY Breast Enlargement Soap
- NATUREDAY Breast Enlargement Cream
- NATUREDAY Breast Enlargement Liquid

Any help on how/when to use the above items would be appreciated " alt="" title=""> and also please let me know what areas to improve on my feminine journey <3

Hi Kathy, not going to Diss the products you ordered but sceptical that it will do very much, but am not an expert just a busty creation of herbs so could be wrong.
Personally I grew everything I have and got my curves from just PM, RR and FG. Tell me if you don't know those abbreviations. Also as almost everybody here will tell you CALCIUM. I drink a lot of milk and take soluble calcium tabs with vitamin d to help the body absorb the extra calcium. There are many, many other things which people have success with, even some tea types, all of which you have probably read about but it looks like you have a good starting point and you are young. Massage or noogleberry is highly recommended though to be honest I have never done either. All the best you have the frame. You don't need to lose weight unless the goal is to reduce all muscle mass which is dangerous as you need to get seriously underweight for that. I think? Just my experience but some crunches to tone up and your body is fine. But not too many, avoid getting a six pack. Not posting pics here of my 'herbal' boobs I don't do that on others threads but just herbs can get you there. Honestly.
