I always hand wash my bras using a gentle liquid detergent, and air-dry them by hanging them over a line. Also I never wear one for more than four days, so it looks like I'm doing things right.

This isn't rocket science. Some of your bras may have a label for washing instructions this apply's for them all. There is elastic so as low a temperature as possible to get them clean, a lingerie bag, yes you can get those! I always put my bras and stocking's into a separate bag that goes into the washing machine. I mean your bras shouldn't be so minging that a 30 degree C can't get them clean and you don't want your bra strap's tangling with your towels etc. so the bag is good. I use Ariel pods only because I'm allergic to Persil which gives me a rash and really Pisses me off.
