My understanding (and I may be incorrect) is that T replacement has different effects on the body than the body's naturally produced T, and that it can sometimes trigger gynecomastia. That's why, while I have good T levels, I still have some continued, albeit slow breast growth.
Thanks,
Sounds like we have similar goals, but not sure it is a realistic goal.
I'm not looking for become more feminized, just make my saggy man boobs fuller and rounder. I'm trying to walk the fine line between keeping my T levels in a decent range, still lifting hard, and keeping sexual function. I'm not looking to grow large boobs, just make them fuller and perkier and not just a lump of fat hanging.
I am blessed/cursed with man boobs ( gyno ) which started many years back when I was lifting heavy as taking several types of T boosters and a short time on steroids. I'm living proof that high levels of natural T can cause breast growth. From my understanding this is caused by a process where the body converts T -> Estrogen ( amoratase ).
I have experimented with low doses of PM, and even at low dosage I feel the feminizing effects. For me PM is a love/hate relationship, I like some of the effects, but I can feel my T levels drop within a few days of taking it. I did take it for several months, and have noticed some gains. For me the side effects are too much for what I want.
At the moment, I am trying to use herbs that increase amoratase ( white peony & fennel ) and block DHT (reishi & SP ). I'm taking both orally and mix with lotion applied to my chest. My normal free T is ~1000, hopefully I can get my body to convert some of that to E, without tanking my T levels. I'm also using a noogleberry type pump a couple times a day, along with massage.
I think were looking for exactly the same thing, just a little fuller and rounder. If we have to have gyno, then at least have our breasts look nice.
This is some of what I was looking for experience on - Because my T levels are maintained by T replacement, I don't think I have to worry about PM lowering my T levels and triggering the associated changes or low T. And because the gyno is already established I'm hoping that taking a modest dose of PM will simply trigger some additional breast growth.
Let's keep in touch and share our experiences, and hopefully successes.
