In my experience, two (topical) things that will plump things up noticeably faster than anything else (exception might be estrogel, but you're not supposed to use it that way) are:


For the Ainterol cream, do follow the directions which suggest to apply to the top half of the breast (and not the bottom). Seems to work better that way.

Love the Herb Pharm fenugreek liquid extract and just ordered a bigger 4oz bottle off Amazon. If I use it the night before, they are definitely more plump the next day!
