I am a big fan of fenugreek as well! I used it for about a year and half and got some nice results at 1220 mg taken three times a day. A buddy on FetLife told me about it and he has developed some huge breasts over the years using fenugreek and nothing else!
One great thing about fenugreek is that it gave me bigger breasts with no other side effects!
I am currently on a 6 month run with estradiol, but will be gong back to fenugreek.
I have used saw palmetto for many years and tried to switch to red reishi. I had a bad reaction with terrible headaches. Oh well, things work differently on everyone.
