Topical is definitely a path to consider when taken things are giving you issues like what you mentioned above. That's even true for HRT meds that may be problematic for some - topical estrogen (etics) may be a possible alternative.

I started my NBE journey just a few months ago and ll I have done is use PM gel (massage and pumping) twice/three times daily and I've had some really great results. I know everyone reacts differently, but I'd certainly consider PM gel massage and pumping if you can't take PM
