Just finishing up my 4th week on my herbal regime including PM.
What I have seen so far and what others have noticed is definition in both breasts from fat production in them.
Once buds start forming (hopefully within the next 4 weeks), I am planning to incorporate an exercise program to help with support the new breasts that are forming.
Will keep the forum updated with my progress.
