is it recommended to us e BO PILLS with vitamins?

also how long roughly does it take to notice any changes with using 500mg at night and 500mg of BO pills!

I have read so many different ways and other mixtures to use!

I'm just not sure if i should just use the BO pills straight or with other ones

hoping someone has a good thought solution to go with the BO pills that are not 2 expensive to purchase
