I'm not personally familiar with a lot of the items you're taking. However, my stance with NBE is try to get it as simple as possible. Not only will it save you money in the long-term, it will also make it easier to determine what's working for you and what not.

I am taking the Finasteride for my hair, but I found it it works the same as PM, so that's why I am taking that. The rest are things I found on the forum, so without the Thai herb, my main things for NBE are:
- 1.5mg of Finasteride [ works the same as PM ]
- 2 pills of Fenugreek (610mg each) (Nature's Bounty)
- Just started Estriol cream for breasts (Smoky Mountain Nutrition Estrolife)
- L-Arganine 1000mg a day (Nature's Bounty) -- known to increase efficiency of Finasteride.
If anyone has thoughts on that mix, would super appreciate it! <3 Or if you think I am missing something important in that mix.
