So, it's been a full week after I restarted at 500 mg/day (1 Ainterol cap).
What I see for sure is the classic "turbo restart effect", meaning the sense of fullnes that follows a restart. But, if my eyes don't trick me, it looks like the shape of my chest is changing too.
I had a chance to do a short half hour of pumping with the milk pump and it really felt good.

Agree , bralet certainly gives better shape . Looks gorgeous
