Looks like the 500mg/day are helping keeping things up (boobs) and not killing things down (you know...).
In the last few days I could swear that I got a bit of growth. While the tape measure remains at 39/43, my 38A bras seem to be getting a lot fuller. The one in the picture is non-padded and non-wired, and definitely non-empty any more
