The cups of the milk pump are fine. I don't use them to noogle but just to stimulate my nipples. Technically they are a sex toy rather than a breast growth device for me, but they have the pleasant side effect to increase the blood flow to the area, and after 30 minutes of pumping my boobs are heavier and a tiny bit more shapely. The effect goes away in a few hours, but between the tiny amount of enlargement, the increased weight and bounce, and the more sensitive nipples, under my t-shirts it feels as if they were twice in size. It just feels good even probably it won't cause permanent growth. From a $20 device it's more than I could ask for.
No wonder you have headaches taking topical stuff orally. Excipients used in creams and spray are quite harmless for the skin but may be poisonous when ingested! Be careful!
