I am sure that Cypro is fastest.  I have only used bicalutimide, and its effects are not necessarily obvious.  It does seem to jump start the effects of E.  Breast growth, re-budding, some changes in skin and muscle strength.  Psychological changes, of course, are tricky, and it is easy to imagine things that may not really be associated with the medication.  Being a few months into bicalutimide, I still have significant libido.  Erections are, shall we say, unimpressive, but E had already tamed them to a large extent.  At risk of labeling what is occurring for other reasons as traceable to bicalutimide, I feel much more like totally surrendering to feminization.  Indeed, I just don't have the resolve to slow down or stop taking E, whereas before biculatimide, I stopped numerous times for a variety of reasons (mostly out of a concern that my breasts were becoming just too obvious).
