You of all people I’m surprised that you want an orchi.
I turn 57 this summer. The last many months I’ve been
wanting one. Like OP, my target date would be 70, but
I could have one now & be Ok with it. Like you, the wife’s
needs play a strong role in this. PM has been hard enough
on the love life. Switching between PM & BO have improved
that area, but if I was single, I’d definitely explore it now,
and I’d go full bore NBE, still waiting for retirement & family
issues to resolve themselves before switching full time to
HRT. I could see that happening more so than an orchi, but
I could definitely have one and be Ok with it.
