Hi sweetheart,
The normal PM dose for a biological female is 2 x 500mg capsules per day. For biological males, it is suggested to double that, and it is acceptable to go up to 6 capsules per day for short periods. Don't expect instant results, it can easily take up to 3 or 4 months before you notice anything, although you may be one of the lucky ones and see results within a few weeks, but even then it will be slow progress and may not actually be measurable for some time, even though you are aware of physical changes to shape or volume.
As for Anti-androgens ( NOT "Androgens"!), the one most commonly taken is Saw Palmetto. It is said that SP can cause a general weight gain, but that hasn't happened so far for me and I've been taking 8 x 450mg per day for about 3 months.
Oh, BTW, I also got my PM off e-bay and I wasn't disappointed with what I got, it's definitely working for me. Only yesterday my wife looked at me and said, "You'll have to wear a top over those when we go on holiday in two weeks time!"
