Using Supple Nips/Supple Cups before pumping sounds like a good idea. I've mostly just done nipple and breast suction at different times of the day, allowing things to rest and air between.

The coolest benefit thus far from using Supple Nips (and my Kangzhu cups) has been the increased sensitivity and expansion of the breast area as sexual organs. If I want I can enjoy an hour or more of erotic pleasure simply from nipple twittling alone. I think if more guys knew about this a lot more people would be doing breast/nipple expansion as we are.

When I use my Supple Nips prior to pumping, my nipples get devoured by the electric breast pumps. 

After pumping, I am enormous and sore, and I use nipple shields inside my bra to protect my wobbly nipples.

I am pumping so hard, I just want a few drops of breast milk!
