I heard all sorts of opinions about this in the past.
Many said that the bra has nothing to do with it.
Others say that it's a temporary flesh dosplacement similar to what you get on the skin of your fingers after wearing a ring for weeks in the same position.
Finally there are people that say that thus is what training bras for girls are for, and that if you grow new tissue while wearing a bra, that tissue will stabilise in the direction given by the bra. Similar to how in Japan they grow square watermelons. (Fruits, not boobs) (Actually it would be cool if someone tried wearing a cubic bra for a few years and see if their boobs grow up square
