If all goes to plan, I’ll own a LumaRx Pro IPL, 
this time next month. I’ve studied them until 
I get blurry eyed. If anyone knows of a better 
model, please tell me before I drop $550 on 
one of these. I’ve been obsessed with hair 
removal since I was a teen. It seems 90% of 
these things are gimmicks. But, I’m so ready 
to have [permanently] hair free & smooth legs.

I don't know. I've used the Silkn ipl's for years off and on. For me I have not noticed much loss but then I was an ape. I had 3 rounds of professional epilation on my back and for me no noticeable results either. So far epilation keeps me the smoothest.
