I want to take BO with Pueraria Mirifica, and Saw Palmetto.
well, PM and SP is not permanent. I know

but is it BO permanent?

and is it OK to take BO with PM?

I've heard some people saying BO is permanent but I don't want full transition..
Help!

Er.....PM is permanent to some extent - however changes with the exception of actual breast tissue will reverse given long enough and in any case the changes will take likely take years not months or weeks...In most cases BO isnt going to do anything more significant than PM at sensible doses - however it does have more of a mental effect than PM in my opinion.  

If you arent prepared to have the breast tissue I would stear clear of both PM and BO, whilst they arent likely to have significant effects in the short to medium term its very much a case of your mileage will vary on either.  Any fat redistribution which would take a while to accumulate will eventually reverse but the breast tissue once there doesnt go away on its own accord, if you dont want it the only way to get rid of it is surgery.  It probably isnt going to that apparent but it will be there. 

I will however say this that people are generally very unobservant though - and even fairly significant breast growth can be easily hidden day to day and in most cases people arent going to be looking for it anyway. The issues come when you have to go shirtless or have a physical exam etc....

I planning to do it because I do really want breast.
but what I'm worried about is infertility.

1. I heard taking BO more than 6 months reprogram my hormone generation so I cannot get back. is it true? 
    - If not true, how much monthes are okay not to become infertile?

2. for PM, yeah, it's just extra estrogen so doesn't reprogram my  hormone generation.
then, how much monthes are okay not to become infertile?

3. Is there a risk (inferility or other) when taking PM with BO??
