I took a 2 month break and am back on BO again. so far i have seen a small amt of growth which i'm happy about and i've been on BO now about 11 months (prob 8.5 if you count the breaks i've taken).
That so called "article" makes just as many assertions as any of the purveyors of BO do, lol.
An affiliate for a competing product can hardly be expected to be an objective source of information.
