as you will see, there are a lot of posts where one thing worked for one person, but not another. for some, PM works wonders, for some B.O. has been their go-to. Some eventually wander off to the HRT wagon. Its is essentially working out what works for you.

with b.o., I wouldn't expect instant result, like much of the rest of the other herbals and more natural remedies for HRT. You have to be patient, above all, no matter what it is you are taking.

Hi Tanya, yes I completely agree, just trying to get more confirmation re the contradiction re bo use - one way street, irreversible after six months etc, etc, but all advice and guidance most welcome , no ones responsibility but our own ultimately whatever route we take or advice we take xx thank you ?

no not irreversible your breast will shrink over time. No it does not permanently change your T to E if it even does that. Will it work. after 1.4 years on BO and Reshi mushroom powder on a 3 week on 1 week off scheduled due to the reshi mushroom being powder... The pills rotation was 8 pills first week 10pills second week 12 pills. I achieved a 42C some slightly fem legs and butt. How ever due to wanting it all changed because of how I feel..... moved to hrt 10 months now....
