Had to stop taking hrt as I got swelling in legs . Gone on turmeric and garlic twice a day to cleanse the system . 10 weeks down line still getting some swelling . So won’t start hrt until fully recovered 

I would be very careful or at least take Aspirin.

Garlic is excellent for thinning blood and also multitude of other things . Turmeric is excellent for liver and kidney cleanse plus other benefits. I need to add cinnamon . Already added dates for B12 .
