Heyo, thanks for your recommendation, the PM does seem like good value for money - I just need to save up a lil bit more and I'll be able to safely afford it.

I'm assuming I just consume the white peony as a tea, right?

I'm guessing this is probably what you're talking about, and I might not even have to get it online as I believe they sell it at Holland & Barrett's, although looking online it looks like they sell a different dosage.
