I was doing herbs like PM, RC, hops and sometimes FG for like 2yrs or more. It gave me some fat deposits where boobs should be. (very little breast tissue, until I started doing pm). At that time, I have a very little hint at getting a female shape.
I have only been on HRT, Estrogen, Progesterone, Spiro and Finn, for just short of a year. During that time, I have budding, gained about 1.5 cup sizes and starting to get a reasonable feminine shape. my measurements are now 48.5 - 39.4 - 45.
That is a full 1.25 inch on bust, lost 1.5" on waist and about 2.5 " on hips. Not bad considering I am on 0.150 mcg patches, 100mg spiro, 5mg Finn and 10mg progesterone. (my doctor does not want me on high doses due to my medical history).
Although I am happy with the gains, I would be happier if it didn't come in such small increments.
