No pain outside of being poked or smacked. Very dull pain feelings on the sides of the breasts. But I'm also only using natureday which to my understanding only promotes tissue not actual endocrinological changes that promote areolas and other feminization so taking the good with the bad as my wife and I are trying for children so don' want to plunge in to the pm yet
