Hello i have seen some people using Zinc and taking it with Iodine here , but i've found that this site : https://www.anabolicmen.com/supplements-that-lower-estrogen/

is saying that it : 

• reduced activity of estrogen receptors and inhibition of aromatase enzyme.
  
  
• Increased thyroid hormone production and lower levels of SHBG.

So im not sure if it is good to take or not xd ?


so i was thinking to maybe take some things that contain low Zinc and high Iodine like Haddock ( a fish) for thyroid
