I've been on sublinguial Estradiol (1 month 2mg/daily, 2 months 4mg/daily, 2 months 6mg/daily) for 5 months and 50mg/daily Spiro for 4 months and my chest has gained anywhere between 2.5 icnhes across to 3 inches, but still looks mostly flat with some minor projection noticable in my profile.  Mentally practically no change.  Need to encourage things to completion down below comes and goes but the amount is decreased, but it  still rises to the occasion on its own from time to time.
