well i was taking sp and fen since aug of this year,and i was taking pm for about a month i kept reading about how you should take a break so i did
To be honest by day 6 i couldn't stand it any longer my terrible moods and quick temper came back and i felt muddled down like thinking was hazy.
i do know what you mean by a different type of soreness and thats what i seem to have no sharp pains just a dull constant ache
i do think your right about the water i drink alot of it during the day close to a gallon at times (i work in the construction trade so sometimes i tend to drink alot of water)
