Thats a lot of good info thank you. So you just used bo for the first 6 month's and achieved a cup's that's awesome i hope i have results like that.

I've been using saw palmetto as a blocker it makes my nipples super sensitive but i think its slowing the growth. I quit using it for two week's and it looks like my breast's grew a little more without it but my nipples are not as sensitive. I might try the mushrooms in place of the saw palmetto

Get off saw palmetto it will hurt any progress you want to achieve not recommended at all.
