 I have not been on pm for about a year.  With the subliminals, i have gained a cup size and the girls are rounder and more feminine in shape.  i have also lost an inch in my waist and an inch and a half in my rib cage.  That means my band size has gone from a 38 to a 36!  In effect, I have gone from a 38B (cups not as filled as I would want) to a 36C and they fill the cup!  I have gone from a size 8 jean to a size 6!
