I stopped getting random erections on HRT.
Sex drive changed, desire to have sex became much less impulsive and consuming.
Getting hard was harder *ba dum tss*
I had to focus on erotic thoughts, it became more mental than physical.
Ejaculation and performance is the same.
I lost the ability to stay hard after ejaculating though, used to be able to stay hard through my refractory period for at least 2 shots. But that may have been due to age.
