I've recently started taking PM again (1x 2500mg daily), it has been three weeks and I've had very minor growth, using this brand that's a 10:1 extract:

I am wondering if it's not as strong as when I was using Ainterol tabs 500mg x4 a day, I just can't afford them right now! I will hold out on these tabs from oxford vita.

I've been told I need to take some sort of anti-androgen. White peony/Reishi is hard to find and expensive here in the UK.

Saw Palmetto looks like my next best option. I have my eyes on these:

Has anyone used/bought this brand? Or knows if does/would work based on the ingredients? Would take 1x tablet a day right? Smile

Also, I've spotted some spearmint tea. Is it worth adding this in to my regime and safe with PM and SP?

Personaly, I would not take the SP. Hold out and look for some Reshi at the very least.
Also adding any greentea is a great idea, spearmint even better.

Is there a reason why you wouldn't take the SP?

I've been taking it for several years, originally just for hair loss prevention, though I'm not familiar with that brand and not in the UK.
