Good luck on your weight loss, I know how challenging it can be. I did get my weight down from @230+ to 165. 165lb was way too low, I took it back to @ 170lb, but with the summer BBQ'a and beer with a little ice cream and the odd bag of chips, I seem to have got myself to 185lb. Time to cut the calories down and start again .
What worked for me, I didn't count callories, but I did cut out fast food, and smaller portions.
It seems a lot harder lately, the hormones are leaving me with a never ending hunger.
