The weight lose is not going as well as id initially planned.

Largely because im so divided in my intentions,,, I have become very attached to my breasts,, so much so they are inhibiting my resolve to focus on weight lose.

I dont make decisions lightly, in fact i agonize over them ,,always have. Going shopping is a nightmare,,( too many choices LOL,,,).

But ive really got to get a grip for a few months and do this,, the only way in the past ive ever accomplished anything of worth,was through ,tunnel vision, real diciplined focus,,.And every day when i rise, these growing boobs have become the focus.one of the most important ones in my life.

And frankly that will never change,, as long as i have (even little nubs) ill be fixated and fascinated with them. But i also know they arent going anywhere,, oh they may shrink a bit,,but when i get to my weight goal, there'll still be stuff projecting from my chest.

Right now , my focus is divided, i hit the exercises, really go for it,, but at the same time i dont stop feeding my boobs,, and the stuff ive chosen, the present path, consists of things that take away any weight lose gains i make.

Soooo, im going to have to take a hiatus from my breast work awhile until i get where i need to be. Be able to go to bed and rise for a few months with just one intention, burning calories,, and then believe it or not it will happen rather quickly.lol.

I LOVE YOU GUYS, you,ve become family to me, and i will be back, (once i have trimmed my body down to that Poly-esq physic i really need for this portion of my life.

Many of you are young, and have an amazing expanse of time before you to create in,,those of us that are,,,,(almost-elderly lol) cant mess around if we ever want to see our goals,,, today is the day to get real about it ,,and get started.,( it has to be).

I just wanted you all to know where im at in all this, and not speculate when i temporarily go missing in action. When i come back ill be happier with myself, and hopefully much more attractive,lol. you guys take care, stay safe,,and love each other, and ill see ya in a few months,, (I promise).

I don't know where you are BMI-wise. I assume your BMI is over 30, putting you in "obese" territory. I was there six years ago. I had tuned out my wife's comments about my weight, but a close female friend gave me a wake-up call, and I got serious about it. I bought a scale and started recording my weight daily on a spread sheet, calculating my running average each day. Within a year I managed to shed thirty pounds. Six years later I am thirty-five pounds below where I started, and my BMI is at 27.9. I still weigh every morning, naked, and that keeps me honest. I've never counted calories or gone on a proper diet. I know what kind of foods add weight and I consume them in moderation or nit at all.

The other good news is that although my stomach has shrunk my breasts have not.
