So I have a simple question , which is considered better and which brand? Also I know nothing is completely safe and was wondering if you take either of these under doctors care? I know it's recommended when taking anything new. I have read information on both and on the fence . I have also attached a poll. If this is in wrong place mod please move.

PM and BO are two completely different types of NBE paths. PM is a phytoestrogen which mimics estrogen in the female body. If your hormones are level it is known to aid in breast growth. Whereas BO is freeze dried cow ovaries chock filled with hormones-- works on the endocrine system thus setting the body back into a state of puberty. Maintaining a set body temperature is key for BO to work. There is no proven "which is better" as it all depends on your body. Ie. someone can have crazy growth on BO while others with low temps can see little to no growth. Some have great growth with PM, & those with estrogen dominance shouldn't take PM.

My Q for you is, are your hormones level? Objectively I would go with PM as it is unlikely to have the same complications as BO. I have been doing NBE for years and I keep BO as a last resort because I don't want to deal with the side effects. It is a real hormone you are putting in your body and if you are male, there is no going back after that. (so they say)

I would try PM and see how you grow on that-- there is plenty of NBE to try before BO. If BO is something you have your heart set on, go for it :] but do research first. Good luck
