The only thing really I think you Should consider first though is do you want have Children ever?
You mention you're on a more stable footing in life now, perhaps you can afford to have Sperm Banked? Or maybe your insurance would cover it? Its certainly a wise thing to do even if you dont want them, you just never know!
And Then you can set off on whatever path you want without worry that youre going to going to be causing "problems" for those body parts
I wish it was around when i was younger!
