- Licorice Root Extract: 450mg in the morning
- Swansons White Peony Extract: 2-3 capsules a day antiandrogen/dht preventor
- Swansons Red Clover Extract: 2 capsules a day estrogenic/endocrine disruptor
- Spearmint tea: I drink about 10 a day (i've been drinking peppermint/spearmint for years, but now I got pure spearmint)Antiandrogen
I also drink about 10 cups of green tea a day (have done for 13 + years)antiandrogen
For a 32 year old, would this be enough? My Testosterone test back 3 years ago was around 500 ng/dl. Hoping I can push it down further.
Since starting I've noticed some things happening....
1. My skin has become softer in the last 3 weeks. I don't think I am imaginging this. It's all over my body! effect if the red clover and anti androgens
2. My hair actually started shedding after a couple weeks!I saw this side effect on Propecia forums, an initial shed. Could this be a coincidence? Finding hair all over the place! I'm guessing the quality of my hair will improve once there is the new growth cycle starts? This is called Hair Fall, it is normal to shed hair, however too much at once may be of some concern..
3. My facial hair seems to have slowed down somewhat, maybe 30% or so. Effects of the antiandrogens
4. Sometimes I think I have itching at the nipple, on and off, but I'm not sure. It's like I already have mild gyno, I have a decent bit of fat on my breast area, but nothing too noteworthy. I'm nowhere near flat chested. I have a BMI of 19 too, and have a somewhat feminine shape with my waist too. itchy nipple is sign of breast development-normal
5. My body odour seems to have disappeared almost, even though it's really warm here lately. This is an obvious one right? Body scents change from masculine to feminine-more floral in odor less Musty/dusty like males
Hope I can get slow but definite effects from this regimen? Is it possible without PM?
by your info above, it seems like you are already doing it. I would stick with it and not change, if its working.
