Wow, thanks Megan, billy, bobbie and jannet, excellent advice and what I was hoping to hear.
@ Billy- it took 2 years to finally find proper care (talk about being miserable during that time lol). We can't do this alone, that lonely road leads to despair, isolation and certain harm, thank you for the input.
@ Bobbie- bows down to 67, happy bday.
thanks for the sage advice. For sure feminization is the main issue at present, I know it's working but dang!!! the wait is painfully slow. 
I love the " I don't give a flying f**k " outlook.

@ jannet- I'm not holding my breath on a reduction in shoe size. though still hopeful. I agree, the support group here is truly amazing and filled with amazing souls truth be told, hats off to everyone helping others.
