Yep I find the same even though I am only 37, I have been fortunate to be able to find my own style mainly through trial and error, especially with make up just need a lot more practice although my recent pics might suggest I am reasonably competent!
That said being a bit older, more world wise and more mature, I feel a lot more mentally able to cope with things now. I am not sure at 21 even despite having wanted to be more feminine then I would be as calm about things as I am now.
It could well be the internet is mainly focused on the young or thats the impression I get and there seems very little for the more mature person let alone those who are transgender in the widest possible sense!
Thats why here has been great has it has mainly been the self educated and more mature community which seems very supportive and friendly compared to some other forums I have read through, its what inspired me to contribute rather than lurking!
