I know a few here have fibromyalgia, a 2010 study showed how short bursts of exercise can help reduce pain. That's the issue, getting past the initial threshold of pain. I'll say this about FM Get determined and take control of that pain before it sidelines you for good, don't let life pass you by. !! (psa out).
