I get more of the tingling and itching everyday. also it seems there is a constant light aching in my breast that wasn't there before, also the nipples seem to react to the shirt rubbing on them as well.

So weird, I have exactly the same conditions..... anyone explain why this occurs or whats happening?

those are generally signs of growth and expansion.. the itchiness is the skin stretching minutely to accommodate the new growth. the aches are also there... that is GOOD news, and highly regular... nothing to worry about.. just be sure to watch out for any odd/off smelling discharge, redness under skin-painful to touch. that may be sign of mastititis- infection.
