So it's been a while and thought I'd give an update. I decided to stop taking herbs back in early March - just over 3-months since I started. Why ? Not really sure - I know I ran out of my supply of pills at that stage, and just didn't buy any more - I've not regretted the decision to start, or stop, just wanted a "pause" I suppose, and see what happens... I'd also not really noticed any difference, so probably got a bit disheartened as well.

Anyway, stopping the pills didn't stop me wanting boobs, and recently I've been considering starting again.

So, today I did some "before and after" photo comparisons, just to see whether anything had happened, and the results are below (or at least I hope they'll be somewhere on this thread - not posted photos, so not sure just yet).

Now I know they're obviously not going to be huge, wasn't expecting anything at all actually, so what little I've had is quite amazing to me - some of you may not even see any, but I can, and I suppose that's what counts. I'm actually quite stunned that 3-months on some "low-dose" regime has made (to me) such a difference.

Measured today, and I reckon I've gone up nearly a cup size, which I find quite astounding - I'm really pleased with myself
