Absolutely. I don't have problems setting goals for this. I have a plan how I'm going to handle each step. First, was finding the best items that will work. Searching around, nothing says that anything actually does something. I understand everybody is different, so I'm never going to get the definitive answer to this. So, I'm looking for the item that is more than likely to do something. Just how much is something? Is BO more than likely to do something opposed to PM or funegreek? So, it's a crapshoot at best.

With safety in mind, I guess the best thing to do is try PM first. I have a couple of months worth then take it from there. If nothing, I'll go for the BO. Maybe by that time I'll have more usable info.
