There may be some merrit in there somewhere but it is pure rant.

wearing skirts too short, breasts too large and too high on the chest, (especially for a woman of their age), makeup and hair too big and bold for their age or size. Sexuality stuff.

This annoys me sooo, sooo much. its akin to victim blaming in rape. Since when have mini skirts been fetish clothing??
