Julie, and Auzi, I overdid it once with PC and had the same reaction. That is why I only use it about 1 out of 4 days.

But Auzi, you have much better Montgomery Glands development than I do. If you cant swing the script for PC, another alternative might be Avocado capsules. They help promote Progesterone that naturally occurs in males. It's not as good as PC, but it can help.
