Hi there Andy,
Yea I went down the BO route and the BO is very good to start with the goal is to reduce the amount of testosterone to help breast growth and BO does do that but requires a lot of BO. I was using Raw Ovarian and loved the stuff but its hard to get and I was buying five or six bottles at a time just so I would not run out. But either the manufacturer or distributor stopped and thats when I stopped. I did pick up some ultra something but it gave me gas and I mean gas and it did not feel the same as Raw Ovarian.
Then used fenugreek and found the oder was the bad part. The more I took the more I smelled like the stuff. I then went with Saw Palmetto and am still using it as it helps with DHT (Hair loss) and prostate issues but I do not have that problem.
Tried Black Cohosh and its supposed to help but also found articles stating dangers from this like Liver issues and so on. I have two bottles of the stuff and use it sparingly.
Wild Yam is one of my fav’s and I use it internally as well externally on the breasts during message time. Unsure if it helps but the mind is a powerful thing so if my mind thinks it helps then great,
Since I have such a high level of testosterone I have had to lower it with Estrogen but low doses and been on that for at least a year and half as well progesterone every four weeks (Kind of like a cycle). Not telling people to use Female hormones.
Problem is I like caffeine I love it (Coffee) and thats a no no if you want to grow breasts there is a whole bunch of stuff I could post but limited on time and writing abilities.
Will post again and if anyone has questions please ask away been doing this for a very long time and I do not know it all but I do have a A cup and giving a opportunity I will post a few pics to show. Esp after Noogling.
