E2 taken sublingualy results in fast metabolism, like within 30-minutes, the half life is longer through the intensial tract, 2-3 days I believe. 1mg micronized tab results in an increase of roughly 29 pg/mL, what further increases this is our enzymes, and like I said, CYP3A4 is a large component of this. I do believe (as some already know this too) E2 inhibits androgen synthesis (the exact amount?, I dunno), albiet in the testes, CYP17? It's Possible, but that's further uptsteam, although it's most likely from 17b HSD and 3b HSD, which are bio-directional in my mind.
